Our leadership has over three decades of experience in the power sector, with deep expertise, resources, and relationships to build energy infrastructure. Mike’s desire to establishing a reliable operation for the utility lies with the understanding of the hazards and complexity of the systems. We understand the relationship between the utility, environment, and consumer and we are here for the challenges of today and tomorrow, and for the communities we serve.

The skysill is the horizon – where the earth and sky meet – a fusing of terrestrial and celestial elements, and where the tangible (grounded) becomes aspiration (innovation). From ancient mariners to midwesterners on the plains scanning the horizon has allowed for detection of coming storms or threats in advance. The horizon represents forward thinking and consideration for what lies ahead – taking the long view. For us that means building and maintaining durable and resilient electrical physical infrastructure for today. It also means building the renewable infrastructure of that makes for a more durable and resilient tomorrow.
Above all, the Skysill is a reliable constant. Things happen. Conditions change. The horizon remains.
Our logo is full of meaning. The central circular shape represents totality, wholeness, completeness, and the earth. From a distance we can see the complete global horizon embodied in the full circle – we look at the big picture. The three delta shapes an abstraction of electrical transmission towers. These three shapes tell the story of the Skysill business. First, our areas of focus – distribution, transmission, and generation. Second, our three foundational company principles – safety, sustainability, and innovation. Lastly, the interweaving of the deltas with the earth circle is an acknowledgement of our relationship with, and stewardship of, our planet and its inhabitants.
